Local Judith Carling and Les Clarke (Our Chef) bake seven days a week to ensure that the produce you buy is fresh and delicious.
Our Cafe is open every day offer both Hot and Cold food so you can
sample all our wonderful tastes of the
dales.
Over the past 12years we have gained a reputation for our afternoon teas. Available to order to take away or enjoy outside in the sun.
New to our Menu is Sunday Lunch take away. Bring your plate and we will fill it. See our Facebook page for our weekly menu.
We offer a wide variety of home-made cakes including:
frangipans; fruit scones with jam and cream; victoria sponge; coffee cake; roulades; cheesecakes and much more!
We
also bake a variety of savoury goods
including:
quiches; pies; sausage rolls; Traditional pasties; cheese and onion slices and delicious fresh bread; all made daily.
Our signature dish is called the
'Spring House Farm Shop Special', which is Masham Sausage,
Arthur Haigh award-winning black pudding and Gloucester Old Spot
dry-cured bacon from Taste Traditions of Thirsk; topped off with a
fried egg from Ian Taylor (Yorkshire Post Taste Award winner
2011)
